Hi! My name is Janelle Jackson. I live in Arizona with my 3 children. I am a plus size woman who got sick and tired of going to the mall trying to find my size in something trendy and fun and leaving disapointed and empty handed. Even when you do happen to find something in your size it's usually some mass produced cheap import made from inferior materials and very poorly constructed. You deserve better than that! Our styles are made to order, meaning we make them when you order them. We can adjust inseams, hem lengths, sleeve lengths, etc. If you need some minor changes just let us know! We use top quality, luxurious fabrics that are still easy to care for and comfortable to wear. Everything is Made in the USA in our design studio. We do not import from other countries and we don't skimp on quality when it comes to manufacturing your garment. When you receive your order you will be happy and excited to know you have the season's latest styles with quality you can be proud to wear and show off! We take all forms of financial fraud very seriously. In order to protect our customers and our business, we log all transaction activity, including your IP address and time of purchase. Return / Refund Policy
We will gladly accept exchanges or issue you store credit/gift certificates on anything you are not satisfied with. Every item we sell is a custom made to order design and is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately after your package arrives for exchange instructions. All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition to receive a replacement. Please do not smoke, wear perfume, makeup, or deodorant when trying on your outfits for the first time. We will not accept garments that have been worn or misused (stains, burns, etc) or have smoke or pet odors or stains. Please do not wear rings or jewelry that might snag the fabric when trying on your outfit for the first time. PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU RETURN A GARMENT THAT HAS CIGARETTE SMOKE ODORS, PERFUME SCENTS, DEODORANT OR MAKEUP MARKS, JEWELRY OR RING SNAGS, ETC, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN AND IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU. Please have the courtesy to send your garment back neatly folded and packaged. We do not ship your order to you in a bunched up wrinkled ball so please send it back to us in the exact same condition that you received it in. We will ship your exchange to you for free, it is your responsibility to return the package back to us. Please make sure all original labels and tags are still attached.

If you'd like to pay for a faster shipping method, you may do so! Just choose the rush shipping method from the pull down menu on the checkout page. However, shipping times do not start until the package is shipped. It may take 1-2 weeks before your "made to order styles" are ready to shipped. Shipping times do not start until the package has been shipped, not when the order is placed. We are very happy to cater to our PLUS SIZE fashionistas outside of the United States. The shopping cart will automatically calcuate International shipping charges to any country outside of the United States depending on the shipping method you choose. First Class Mail International takes about 7 to 21 business days to be delivered to you. It does not include a tracking number but does include a customs form number that your local customs authority scans when accepting a package from another country. They can usually track it once it's entered into their system. You will not be able to track it online. This method is the cheapest method for delivery a package to another country but also takes the longest. If you would like to save money and do not have a specific due date this method is perfectly fine. Priority Mail International usually takes about 6 to 10 business days to be delivered to you. It will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package online. Pricing starts at $25.00 and is based on the total weight of your packaged order. Express Mail International usually takes about 5 business days to be delivered to you. It will include a tracking number than you can use to track your package online. Pricing starts at about $35.00 and is based on the total weight of your packaged order. Delivery times do not start until your order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 weeks to manufacture your made to order designs before shipping.
Important Info about Import Taxes on International Orders:
We will fill out a customs form for every package shipped to a destination outside of the United States. You MAY have to pay import taxes on your package. Any taxes assesed by your country is YOUR responsiblity. We have no control over the amount of the import tax or if you even have to pay it. We will NOT accept return packages for orders because you didn't want to pay an import tax when your package was being delivered to you. Most countries impose a tax on merchandise purchased outside of their country. Each country has different rules and regulations in place on when to assess a tax and how much it will be. Please check with your government to find out more about import taxes on orders you placed outside of your country before placing your order. YOU will responsible for paying any taxes assesed by your government. WE will not accept returns for non payment of your import taxes. IMPORT TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF YOUR ORDER AND MAY OR MAY NOT BE ASSESSED BY YOUR COUNTRY. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS PLEASE CONTACT YOUR POSTAL AGENCY FOR MORE INFO ON IMPORT TAXES.
When Will My Order Ship Out?
All of our designs are "made to order" meaning, we manufacture it when you place the order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be ready to ship.

Orders placed during peak times such as Christmas, Valentines, etc may take an additional 1-2 weeks so please contact us immediately with any deadlines you have for your order. What online forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and PayPal. You may also use your Discover Card, American Express Card, or Echeck with the "Checkout with PayPal" feature located on our shopping cart's checkout page.
What about Mail Orders or Mailed in Payments?
We do not currently have a printed catalog, but you can still place an order if you do not have a credit card or other form of payment for online use. Shop as you normally would through our website. Choose the "Printable Order Form (Postal Mail)" option on the checkout page. Click the Check Out button. Fill out the billing and shipping information and click the "continue with purchase" button. Your order will be completed and you will have an order receipt to print out with instructions on how to mail in your payment. Include a copy of your printed order receipt with your mailed in payment.

I already placed my order. Can I change it?
Please contact us immediately to discuss any changes. If we have already cut the fabric and begun the manufacturing process it will not be possible to make changes so please make sure your color and size options are correct when placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as we have not begun the manufacturing process your order can be canceled. If it's been at least 24 hours since you placed the order it usually is too late to cancel.
